the house we stayed in, Prince Rupert House, was incredibly well-equipped and had everything we needed for our twin baby grandsons, including stairgates, cots. the hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even ensuring that the house was warmed up before our arrival. the surrounding countryside was stunning, with plenty of walks and cozy pubs nearby. We also had access to an outdoor pool, which was a lovely bonus, and the hosts reserved afternoons for our exclusive use. our hosts made our stay truly exceptional. What we liked about this place was the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for a romantic getaway, secluded enough to feel like we were far away from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently close to local attractions. The house itself was charming and had a cozy feel to it, making it the perfect setting for a romantic escape.
That the nearest pub or restaurant was a bit of a drive away. This meant that we had to plan ahead and drive to find a place to eat.
